Spaghetti squash spaghetti

1 spaghetti squash
1 jar sauce
ground italian chicken or turkey
extra veggies(peppers, onion, mushrooms, spinach, etc)

cut squash in half lengthwise, scoop out seeds, sprinkle with EVOO, salt, and pepper. Roast with the inside facing down at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
While this is roasting, begin sauce! I use a jar of sauce, and doctor it up! I add spinach, onion, garlic salt, mushrooms, and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Add cooked meat.
When the squash is done, use a fork to scrape the meat of the squash. it will string up and look just like spaghetti noodles! YUM!! This meal is so good, easy, and healthy!!

Yummy! Sounds good! Rylie isn't giving us too much trouble with her teeth...at least now she isn't. A couple of weeks ago it was a different story!

This sounds great! I have to find ways of getting more vegetables in Little Chick's diet. She used to love her veggies, but now it is a different story. Thanks for your comment on Mama's Little Chick. I guess we all have to keep saying our thanks yous to others and hopefully it will get better in future generations. We can hope!
