Grilled Maple-Dijon Salmon Salad

1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tbls dijon mustard
2 tbls olive oil
*mix together and set aside

Meanwhile, grill or bake salmon. while salmon is cooking, make a big yummy salad! We used spinach and iceburg lettuce, carrots, celery, cucumber, onion, some fresh cilantro, and some "salad toppers." When salmon is done cooking, we put the salmon on the bed of lettuce, topped with the dressing, and put some fresh pepper on top! Yummy! And super easy :) and extremely healthy!

this sounds so good! and I love salmon...the banana nut bread we had on sunday was really delish! I'm glad you're having fun in the kitchen. love you!
